Tribute pages

Tribute page builder

A page of their own.

Add a photo, their story, the places they served and the awards they earned. The page builds itself as you type, along with a ready-to-share Facebook post.

This is an example. Replace it with your veteran's details, or clear it and start fresh.

The veteran

A service photo or a recent one. It stays on this device until the page is published.
Living or in memory?

Their story

The trail

Up to 8 stops, in order.

Awards and decorations

Choose each award and how many times it was earned. Ribbon colors show for common awards; the rest appear in the list.

Video and sharing

Everything here stays in this browser until you share it. Never include a Social Security number, service number, birth date or home address. For living veterans, those details help scammers.

Facebook post

Paste it into Facebook and add the portrait photo to the post.

Add it to their VA memorial page, too

The VA keeps a free memorial page for veterans buried in VA, state and military cemeteries, and in private cemeteries with a VA headstone or marker. Family and friends can add photos and memories there. Copy the story below, find your veteran at vlm.cem.va.gov, and paste it in as a memory along with the portrait.
